A few meters from the Loire, and in the heart of the historic region of Saumur, Florence and Christian Lepicier have opened the doors of their guest house, a former 18th century mansion.

Its ideal location allows you to discover the city of Saumur on foot or by bicycle. The charm of Saumur is enhanced by its many historical monuments which includes its castle overlooking the royal river.

Coming through the door one is drawn in by the original tuffeau stone, the slate roofs and the flower filled patio immediately inviting you to relax.

We will personally welcome you through your private entrance, and will be happy to suggest visits, walks and our recommendations for places to eat and drink. Our region’s wine is a joy to be sampled in the many vineyards close to us.

Take the stairs to one of our five self contained guest rooms (4 doubles and a suite) Clear and spacious, they combine elegance and refined decor in a peaceful and cosy atmosphere.

Time to relax in your own privacy bubble away from the eyes and ears of everyone. Relax further on our two split level terraces with sun loungers and umbrellas to capture the sunshine.
Start the day with a delicious breakfast ! Our dining area is lightful and airy and opens out on to the patio. We will endeavour to serve you daily gourmet surprises as well as our traditional French favourites!

Included in your stay is a continental breakfast with quality local produce and homemade cakes. It is served at your table from 8am to 10am (or earlier on prior request).
